Right of withdrawal
Private customer, and corporate customers where this has specifically been agreed, have the right to cancel a purchase, without giving any reason, within fourteen days ("Withdrawal period") from the date the good is received. However, a prerequisite is that the item is unused and undamaged. The right of withdrawal also does not apply if the seal on a good has been broken. Customer who wishes to invoke the right of withdrawal must notify Dot Shot within the withdrawal period. Customer shall return the item to Dot Shot without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days after the date on which the Customer has notified Dot Shot of a decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been observed if the Customer returns the goods before the expiry of this 14-day period.

When making the right of withdrawal, the Customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods and is responsible for the reduced value of the goods because of handling the goods other than what is necessary to determine the characteristics and shape of the goods. Returns may not be sent for cash on delivery or demand.
If customer exercises the Right of Withdrawal, Dot Shot shall without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which Dot Shot was notified of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract refund customer's costs for the order, including delivery costs. However, Dot Shot reserves the right to refund at the earliest when we have received the item back from the Customer or customer sent Dot Shot proof that the item has been returned.
If Dot Shot has delivered a faulty or damaged product or if the shipment has disappeared during transport, customer must complain to Dot Shot.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time the Customer discovered or should have discovered the defect, but no later than two years from the date of delivery.
Dot Shot follows the General Complaints Board's recommendations for complaints and Swedish law applies in the event of a dispute.
Complaints must contain at least the following information: (a) order number and (b) information about products that the Customer wishes to complain about.
Return on complaint may be made only after complaints have been made and return instructions have been obtained from Dot Shot. Customer has the right to return faulty product at Dot Shot’s expense provided that customer follows Dot Shot’s instructions. Return may not be made against cash on delivery or demand.
In the event of an approved complaint, the Customer has the right to: (a) obtain a new, faultless product free of charge or (b) retain the product and receive an agreed price reduction or (c) cancel the purchase, whereby the product is returned, and the payment paid is returned.
