Shipping policy

Delivery normally takes place with packages or consignments to Private Customers and with Corporate Packages or consignments to Corporate Customers. Further information about delivery options, delivery times and selectable delivery options for each individual product can be found on the Website.

If the delivery time is estimated to be longer than what is stated on the Website, Dot Shot shall by e-mail notify the Customer, who then has the right to cancel his order before dispatch by e-mail.

Dot Shot is responsible for the goods upon delivery to the Customer. The product is considered to have been delivered when the item has been delivered in a letterbox, delivered as a bag at the door, collected from a representative or acknowledged upon delivery to the door. Customer is responsible for the goods upon return to Dot Shot. The product is considered delivered when the customer return has been received and registered with Dot Shot.
